Ingredients:

6 honey crisp apples, chopped (with or without skins)
1 cup oats (not instant)
1 cup splenda or sugar
1 cup splend brown sugar or plain brown sugar
1 cup raisins
3 tbs cinnamon
1/2 cup water
2 tbs butter, cut into pats

How I made it:

Toss apples, raisins, oats and water in the crock pot.  Add splendas/sugars and cinnamon and toss again.  Top with pats of butter.  Cook on low for 4 hours (don’t open the lid!).  Serve warm.

The results:

YUMMY!!  The raisins plump up, but the apples don’t get too mushy.  Great on ice cream, oat meal, or just straight with a spoon.
