The cole slaw you get in most grocery stores is just too sloppy with mayonaise.  Almost as easy as picking up a pint of the store-bought version, this recipe makes a light and tangy cole slaw:

Take 1 bag cole slaw mix and toss it with this dressing: 3 heaping tablespoons of non-fat plain greek yogurt, 2 heaping tablespoons of light mayo, 1 tablespoon of Durkees, and the juice of half a lemon combined.

Easy, light, yummy, done.
